When I started this journey, I chose a dedicated path — focusing entirely on the quality, academic rigor, and purpose of Sanjeevni College of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, Kargil rather than commercial expansion.
I invested my time, resources, and dreams in Ladakh because I believed that the youth of this region deserved healthcare education and career opportunities equal to anywhere in the country.
Despite continuous financial challenges, every obstacle strengthened my determination to serve society. My mission is to establish Sanjeevni College among India's premier nursing institutions known for academic excellence, ethical values, and compassionate care.

No journey of success is completed alone. Chairman Mr. Pankaj Sangral owes his deepest gratitude to Dr. Sanjeev Digra, who has served as a mentor, guide, and elder brother throughout the journey of Sanjeevni College in Kargil, Ladakh.
Standing beside the Chairman through every challenge, Dr. Digra has voluntarily visited the college annually for over a decade to deliver clinical lectures, lead health drives, and mentor students — without ever accepting remuneration.
